 How early should I make a booking.
It is best to book as early as possible. Preferably at least 3 hrs notice.

Can My booking be changed or cancelled.
YES. Please notify us as soon as you can to avoid a cancellation fee of  50% of service on masseuse arrival.

 Can I trust E.M.S. in question of my private information.
YES. Your privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We do not and will not sell, share or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling your appointment booking.

 Do E.M.S. accept foreign currencies.
YES. Please inform us at the time of booking. What currencies are accepted: EURO, US Dollar, CAD Canadian Dollar, GBP British Pound, CHF Swiss Franc, The exchange rate applied to your transaction will be as prevailing on the date of conversion of your money.

 How do I pay for the service.
You pay in cash directly to the masseuse on arrival.

 Can an massage session be extended.
NO. Our massage sessions are designed so you do not need more treatment at the requested time. You can instead book a new time, but if you have any reason for that, then please inform us at the time of booking so we can discuss your needs and make the necessary arrangements and have extra time to offer.

 Can an massage session be personalized.
YES. We offers a personalized form of service to every clients. You should make clear at the time of booking so we can send an most skilled masseur for your needs and have extra time to offer if needed. Please check out what we have to offer. You do have possibility to create your own therapy session.

 Can I book appointment Christmas or New Year holiday period.
YES. The booking must be made at least 30 days in advance. 50 percent of full payment is required in order to guarantee the meeting. ASAP reservations require 50 percent extra.
